Credentials & Professional Background

My work integrates transpersonal psychotherapy, somatic therapy, breathwork, meditation, nervous system regulation, and depth-oriented emotional work. I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma responses, emotional overwhelm, burnout, grief, migration stress, life transitions, and recurring emotional patterns.

My professional foundation was formed through a four-year Transpersonal Psychotherapy training at Reidman College, one of Israel’s leading institutions for complementary and integrative medicine.

Transpersonal Psychotherapy Training

The Transpersonal Psychotherapy program at Reidman College is a four-year professional training track of 2,428 academic hours. It is the only Transpersonal Psychotherapy program in Israel recognized by EUROTAS, the European / Global Transpersonal Association.

The program combines psychological theory, therapeutic skills, body-mind approaches, meditation, breathwork, emotional process work, clinical practice, group therapy, personal development, supervision, and the study of consciousness, spirituality, and human development.

This training is intensive, experiential, and clinically oriented. It includes personal and group therapeutic process, supervised therapeutic practice, case analysis, professional feedback, and field work in therapeutic and healthcare settings. As part of the training, students encounter a wide range of clinical and human contexts, including Oncology Department at Ichilov Hospital, mental health programs, work with children on the autism spectrum, and therapeutic practice outside the classroom.

The training develops the therapist through several dimensions at once: theoretical knowledge, clinical presence, emotional maturity, embodied awareness, relational capacity, ethical responsibility, and the ability to meet complex human experience with structure and depth.

EUROTAS Recognition

EUROTAS is an international professional network dedicated to transpersonal psychology, psychotherapy, research, education, ethics, and the development of professional standards in the transpersonal field.

The EUROTAS recognition of the Reidman Transpersonal Psychotherapy program places the training within an international framework of transpersonal psychotherapy. This framework supports professional standards, ethical practice, supervised

development, and a serious engagement with the psychological, somatic, existential, and spiritual dimensions of human experience.

Transpersonal psychotherapy works with the person as a whole system: mind, body, emotion, nervous system, biography, relational patterns, meaning, identity, consciousness, and inner life. This wider therapeutic frame is central to the way I practice.

Clinical Orientation

My work is grounded in the understanding that emotional suffering often lives across several layers at once. Anxiety, trauma responses, grief, shame, anger, shutdown, burnout, and emotional overwhelm are psychological experiences, bodily experiences, relational experiences, and nervous system experiences.

Therapy gives these layers a place to be seen, felt, organized, and integrated.

The work may include conversation, emotional tracking, body awareness, breath, grounding, nervous system education, symbolic exploration, and reflective integration. The therapeutic process is adapted to the person, the moment, and the material that arises.

Additional Professional Training

Alongside my psychotherapy training, I have completed additional professional training in body-based and contemplative approaches, including breathwork, meditation, and medical massage.

These trainings inform the way I understand the relationship between emotional experience and the body: breath patterns, muscular holding, shutdown, activation, regulation, attention, physical expression, and the body’s role in psychological healing.

I have also completed several professional online programs through NICABM, including trauma-focused training with leading teachers in the field of trauma treatment, nervous system dysregulation, dissociation, traumatic memory, freeze responses, and body-based trauma therapy.

This continuing education supports my work with people who are highly self-aware and still feel overwhelmed, frozen, reactive, disconnected, or unable to create movement in their lives. Insight becomes more powerful when it reaches the body, the nervous system, and the emotional patterns that organize lived experience.

Teaching and Professional Involvement

In addition to my private practice, I am involved in therapist training as a teaching assistant at Reidman College.

This role keeps my work connected to professional education, clinical development, supervision spaces, and the ongoing dialogue between psychotherapy, body-based practice, transpersonal theory, and therapeutic presence.

Accessible Therapy

Alongside my regular fee, I keep a limited number of reduced-fee therapy slots open each year for people who need affordable therapy and are committed to the therapeutic process.

These spaces are part of my professional policy.

Therapy should be held with seriousness, consistency, and dignity, including when someone is going through a financially difficult period.

Reduced-fee therapy is discussed privately during the consultation process and depends on availability.
