A full hour of one-on-one work, in person or online, in English or Spanish. This is where we get into what is actually running your life underneath the explanation you have gotten comfortable giving for it. Sessions draw on somatic awareness, nervous system regulation, and depth psychology, depending on what the moment calls for. No two sessions look the same because no two people are carrying the same thing.
מדיניות ביטולים
Sessions need to be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. If a session is missed or cancelled with less notice than that, the full session fee applies.
